Is your account locked?

If your account is locked, use the 'Forgotten Password' section here. When you are sent a new password, the email will also contain an 'activation' link. Clicking on this link (before attempting to use the new password) will activate the account. After which you will be able to log in using the new password that has been sent to you.*

Can't find a product you have purchased?

If you have bought a version of Ftax prior to 2010/11 but registered a new account as you purchased the new version of Ftax, this version of Ftax will be accessible with these new details. Please try using these new details to log in with before submitting a support message.
