We may also use your information to provide you with an Ftax newsletter and to inform you of similar products and services, but only if you have provided us with your consent to do so.
Apart from the Product and Service, your information will not be used in any other product or service provided by Callcredit Limited, or provided by any other member of the Callcredit Information Group.

If you request us to store your personal information, this will be stored in a private area accessible by you as part of the Service. Specifically in respect of the optional Ftax Records Service, the following storage provisions apply:
When the Ftax Records Service is cancelled or a payment fails, You will no longer have access to the Ftax records data via Your Ftax account, unless You send Us an email requesting the ability to download Your Ftax Records data manually. Please note that your Ftax Records data will start to be deleted within 12 months from cancellation (and fully deleted within 14 days after such period).
Following the date of cancellation of Your Ftax Records Service, Your Ftax Records data will continue to be recorded for a further 12 month period, unless an email is sent requesting data recording to be stopped immediately. The reason we do this is to give You the opportunity to change Your mind in case You wish to repurchase the Ftax Records within such 12 month period. If You do make a repurchase within the 12 month period, You will be charged for the intervening period. Further information regarding such charges are available on the FAQ’s page. If You do not repurchase the Ftax Records within such 12 month period, then the Ftax Records will start to be deleted within 12 months from cancellation (and fully deleted within 14 days after such period).
Any e-mail or mobile telephone numbers provided to us will be recorded and used to communicate with you in connection with the Product and Service or queries concerning the data held within the Ftax forms. We will only use your information for marketing purposes if you consent to such use.
What information do parties other than Callcredit collect?
Some websites that have links to and from our Website from time to time may also use their own cookies. We have no access to, or control over these cookies, and you are advised to check the cookie policies on such other websites.
Who do we share your personal information with?
It is necessary to disclose your personal information to:
(a) HMRC where you require us to submit your tax return;
