Your Ftax Account

When you purchase one or more Ftax products you will need to open an Ftax Account.

When you purchase one or more Ftax products you will need to open an Ftax Account. From there you can manage your Ftax forms and credits, invoices, MTD authorisation, password, and other account details. You can also download generated iXBRL and PDF Copy files and seek assistance via the Ftax Support system. The status of each tax filer’s submissions may be viewed and well as each tax filers submission data.

Your Ftax Account will be either an Individual, Business, or Agent account. Only forms suitable to you will be available for purchase, and only information relevant to you displayed. When applicable, your Ftax Account will automatically apply loyalty discounts, single user discounts, and multiple product purchase discounts.

Your submission data is automatically recorded in your secure Ftax Account. This includes the tax return data, any attachments, the actual data submitted to HMRC, and the submission receipt returned by HMRC. The latter provides proof of submission. You can also regenerate a PDF Copy of your submitted tax return.

You have fully control over this securely stored data and can delete it at any time.

Ftax Support

The Ftax service is supported only by experts. We do not employ call centre or temporary staff, only expert qualified Ftax team members. Our years of experience have taught us that the best way to help you to complete your tax return and file online is to see what you see. The Ftax Support system facilitates this.  A rich library of videos and guides enable the expert to quickly explain what you must do to successfully submit your tax return on time.
