Importing and Exporting Data Remotely with Ftax Forms - Overview

Exporting and importing data is quick and easy. It ensures that you have a secure, off-site backup for your local system. This means that in subsequent years you can import data which doesn’t change for example name, address and National Insurance number.

This guide is broken down into the following sections:

  1. Where can data be exported to?
  2. How to Export Data
  3. How to Import Data

1. Where can data be exported to?

Data can be exported to the Ftax servers from the SA100 personal tax return, the CT600 company tax return and the SA800 partnership return. The SA900 trust form does not yet have this feature enabled.
