The Ftax team are working on a low-cost MTD for IT solution to be launched April 2026. Contact us for further information.
Process Self Assessment, Partnership, Company, MTD VAT, and Trust and Estate tax returns to HMRC on behalf of your clients.
Welcome to Ftax for Agents, the easy, low cost way for tax agents and accountancy practices to file Self Assessment, Partnership, Company, MTD VAT, and Trust and Estate tax returns to HMRC on behalf of their clients.
Note: You cannot file your personal tax returns using the agent service. Each Ftax credit allows one client’s tax return to be calculated and submitted as many times as required for that tax year.
The Ftax Company product can generate both iXBRL Computations and iXBRL Accounts files and automatically attach them to your client’s CT600 submissions. Either micro entity or small company accounts templates may be selected. The VAT and MTD for IT forms are fully Make Tax Digit (MTD) compliant. The easy-to-use Ftax Cashbook links with the tax and accounts iXBRL forms to provide a complete tax and accounting service for small businesses.
Both the SA100 and MTD for IT self assessment forms allow multiple self-employment details to be entered. Transaction data from the cashbook will be totalled and entered automatically. Partner details entered in the Partnership tax return will be automatically forwarded to their respective self assessment forms.
Each Ftax credit allows one client’s tax return to be calculated and submitted as many times as required for that tax year. All tax return forms have a low entry cost with discounted bulk purchaseoptions. All forms can be opened and used immediately. Should you change your mind, a refund will be given without question.
Try Ftax now. You have nothing to lose.
Ftax tax return forms look exactly like the HMRC PDF tax return and include all supplementary sections. They help complete the tax returns by adding totals and highlighting omissions and errors in yellow. The forms can be saved at any time enabling you to complete them at your own pace.
Client tax liabilities are calculated automatically and explained clearly. Test submission can be sent to HMRC to check everything is ok. The PDF Copy feature can be used to print simple copies of completed tax returns ready for your clients to sign. After a successful submission the PDF Copy will be stamped to confirm their delivery to HMRC.
Tax returns may be sent online to HMRC either as new or amended submissions. All submission data is automatically recorded to provide a complete archive of all your client tax filing activities. A signed and stamped PDF Copy of each successful submission will be automatically generated and retained.
Your Ftax Account is used to manage client details, forms, credits, invoices, and client submission data. The tax filing status for all client tax return submissions are clearly displayed for each tax year. Tax submission data from previous years may be accessed.
Ftax PDF forms work in Adobe Reader on both PCs and Macs. Ftax Web Forms work in any browser on PCs, Macs, Tablets, and iPhones. Further details on how Ftax works are given in Why Ftax.
